New generation hot runner systems used in cases where classical hot runner systems do not meet parameters such as quality, continuity and production volume, allowing production with lower pressures without wearing out the injection machine, high production quantities, cosmetic surface, and preferred in engineering plastics products.
If at least one of the aforementioned parameters is absolutely required in a product and if the classical hot runner systems are thought to fall short of expectations, the Injection Mold should be designed according to the Valve-Gate hot runner system.
